Addressing the myriad academic issues and seizing promising opportunities associated with realigning academic programs are vital to developing a next-generation urban research campus in Indianapolis.

This task force will focus on academic policies and procedures, enrollment management, assurance of course and program quality, curricular innovations, international recruitment and partnerships, and evolving inter- and multidisciplinary learning opportunities.

Maintaining and expanding a thriving athletics program are vital to student recruitment, along with building community among students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other influencers.

This task force will focus on the student-athlete experience, player recruitment and eligibility issues, and opportunities to leverage athletics to promote engagement and excitement on campus and in the community.

This task force will identify salient messages to convey, audiences to influence, and sources of distinction and differentiation to leverage, along with various approaches, strategies, and metrics to shape and manage the institution’s reputation.
