Natatorium to Host Swim Trials
WTHR, Channel 13, Eyewitness News at 6:00, October 16, 2006 – The 2008 Olympic Diving trials will be held June 18-22, 2006, at the Natatorium at IUPUI. U.S.A. Diving said Indianapolis beat out Columbus, Ohio; Huntersville, N.C., and Seattle for the event.

WFYI, NPR Show, October 2, 2006 – Original photos, poems and papers from Indiana poet James Whitcomb Riley will soon be available for download off the internet. IUPUI is scanning the documents into digital images and posting them online in conjunction with several museums and libraries.

Rodent Models to Study Kidney and Liver Disease
Giornale di Calabria, (Catanzaro, Italy) September 19, 2006 – IUPUI Professor Bonnie Blazer-Yost, associate professor of biology, and Charity Nofziger, a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biology, presented research on their kidney and liver disease at a conference in Catanzaro, Italy. Three Italian newspapers carried news of the meeting; each mentioned IUPUI.
