Former Campus Police Lieutenant to Return to IUPUI as Chief of Police

A former IUPUI police lieutenant is returning to the IUPUI campus as head of the department where he began his 26-year career in campus law enforcement.

Paul E. Norris, Jr., currently police chief for the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, has been selected as the next chief of police at IUPUI. Norris will replace John Mulvey who is retiring at the end of October.
