This painting by Indiana artist Rick Flores, a retired UAW autoworker, reflects how Flores draws from his work experience and his family's experiences as migrant agricultural workers to create artwork depicting the lives of laborers. Art by Flores is on display Nov. 7-19 in Sanctuary Hallway of the Harrison Center for Arts, 1501 N. Delaware, as part of the Spirit & Place Festival produced by the Polis Center. |
