The George Santayana Society is an international and interdisciplinary organization, founded in 1980, to further work on The Santayana Edition specifically and to promote Santayana scholarship generally.

Bulletin
The Society’s annual publication Overheard in Seville: Bulletin of the Santayana Society includes scholarly articles on Santayana, announcements of publications and meetings, and recent updates to the Santayana bibliography which is maintained by Kellie Dawson of the Santayana Edition and Daniel Moreno. Angus Kerr-Lawson edited the Bulletin beginning with the first issue in 1983 until his death in 2011. It is now edited by members of the Santayana Society and the Santayana Edition. It is published and distributed by the School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI to 450 subscribers.

The IUPUI University Library maintains a free electronic archive of the Bulletin. The Bulletin also is included in POIESIS: Philosophy Online Serials, a reference and publishing service, available to subscribing institutions, that provides full-text access to journal articles.

Annual Meeting
