Ronae Williams and Ralph Durrett Jr. were married and started a family before enrolling and earning degrees at IUPUI. The couple graduated on May 11, she with a degree in psychology and he with a degree in sociology.

An electronic medical record (EMR) project built by health informatics graduate student Ashley Leising is currently being tested by Franciscan Health for use in its nurse simulation lab. EMR training helps nurses to be more efficient.
