Request your web header

Use this form to request the creation of your departmental website header. Header graphics are created and approved by the Office of Communications & Marketing.

• Turnaround time is usually less than 3 working days.
• Once the graphic has been created, the IUPUI webmaster will contact you via e-mail. You will be provided with instructions to implement it on your site. This includes XHTML code which replaces code in your navigation files.
• Send requests for revisions to the IUPUI webmaster. Turnaround time for revisions is again 3 working days.
