Throughout the semester my technical skills were expanded. First, utilizing the computer as a tool for research enhanced my skills. As a method of research that had not previously been considered, the web increased my knowledge and resources and decreased the time spent on locating materials. Developing graphs for the recommendation report also expanded my technical skills. Posting the information in Microsoft Excel, creating a graph and copying it into the progress report improved my graphing ability. Finally, developing a PowerPoint presentation was equally important for the recommendation report.
