Dr. Sundaram completed his urology residency at the University of Minnesota and his fellowhip in endourology at the Harvard Medical School affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Before joining the faculty at Indiana University, he was director of the fellowship in minimally invasive urology at Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Sundaram is the director of the department's program in minimally invasive surgery. The program is active with several studies to
develop new techniques in robotic and laparoscopic urologic surgery. He directs the nationally recognized fellowship in endourology and laparoscopy.
Dr. Sundaram's area of expertise includes daVinci robot
assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy for prostate cancer and minimally invasive kidney and adrenal surgery.
