The Urban Pre-Dental Club promotes interest and fosters success
in dental careers among individuals who come from ethnic, racial,
or socioeconomic populations or communities whose oral health care
needs are underserved. By offering dental experiences and developmental
seminars to potential dentistry and dental hygiene applicants from
underserved populations, the club hopes to increase the number of
dental professionals who deliver oral health care services to these
communities.
