Deadlines for Submission of New Studies and Amendment Forms

New studies and amendments to on-going studies are usually scheduled for review during the next monthly meeting.

New studies: submit by the third Monday of each month for the following monthly meeting. In the event the third Monday is a holiday, the deadline is the preceding workday.

Amendments: submit by the second or fourth Monday of each month. In the event the second or fourth Monday is a holiday, the deadline is the preceding workday.

STUDIES AND AMENDMENTS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE HELD FOR THE NEXT REVIEW CYCLE. DEADLINES WILL NOT BE EXTENDED BECAUSE OF SUBMISSION OF AN INCOMPLETE FORM!
