July 2012 - The IUPUI – Chase Near Eastside Legacy Initiative (NELI) is a partnership between the IUPUI Solution Center and the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, in collaboration with IUPUI schools and the Near Eastside community of Indianapolis.

February 2012 - The JPMorgan Chase Foundation has awarded the IUPUI Solution Center a grant of $75,000.

December 2009-The IUPUI Solution Center is soliciting applicants for an exciting new program in the School of Informatics.
November 2009-In the first three years of operation (May 2004-December 2006) a $1.7 million grant from the Lilly Endowment enabled the Solution Center to establish the Solution Center and IUPUI Community Venture Fund.
August 2009-The Solution Center is providing support to Y-Press, a nonprofit youth news bureau, in the development of a student multimedia project.
July 2009-Associate Professor Edgar Huang, from the IUPUI School of Informatics, and two of his students John Powell and Freddy Barnes, were able to provide Noble of Indiana with a video recruiting tool called “The Spirit of Noble Indiana.”
April 2009-Nonprofit Solutions, SAVI, and United Way of Central Indiana have joined together to present a capacity building conference, Survivor Organizations.
