Goals

As the Program Manager for the Nonprofit Solutions Initiative within the IUPUI Solution Center, it is my pleasure to outline my top five goals as they pertain to my position. As the trend continues for more strategic alliances between universities and nonprofit communities, it is my hope that this new initiative will expand on the following:

·           Increase outreach and attendance of nonprofit leaders and consultants at the Nonprofit Solutions networking sessions, trainings, and workshops focusing on identified – capacity building and technical assistance needs.

·           Increase use and access of the Nonprofit Solutions online consultant database and online resources by nonprofits and consultants.

·           Increase involvement and diversity of consultants and consultant expertise in the online consultant database.

·           Increase the number and quality of strategic partnerships with other nonprofit organizations that provide professional assistance and support to nonprofit organizations.

·           Increase sponsorships and support for Nonprofit Solutions programming and operations.
