November 2012 – IU School of Dentistry’s Student Outreach Clinic to expand services on Indianapolis’s Near Eastside; Martin Center Sickle Cell Initiative recognizes the IUPUI Solution Center as its 2012 Community Partner of the Year; Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership named new host agency of the Indiana Achievement Awards.

July, 2012 - The IUPUI – Chase Near Eastside Legacy Initiative (NELI) is a partnership between the IUPUI Solution Center and the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, in collaboration with IUPUI schools and the Near Eastside community of Indianapolis.

April, 2012 - The IUPUI Solution Center is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the Allen Whitehall Clowes Charitable Foundation….

February, 2012 - The JPMorgan Chase Foundation has awarded the IUPUI Solution Center a grant of $75,000.

August, 2011-Tarik Glenn, Co-Founder of D.R.E.A.M. Alive Inc., and Indianapolis Colts All-Pro Offensive Tackleat will share his inspirational journey…at the 2011 Nonprofit Capacity Building Conference and Indiana Achievement Awards Celebration.

May, 2011- The IUPUI Solution Center enters its second year as host of the Indiana Achievement Awards.

March, 2011-70 employers are registered for IUPUI’s ‘Just In Time’ Career Fair on Wednesday, March 30th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the IUPUI Campus Center.

November, 2010-Since 2007, the Indiana University Public Policy Institute (PPI), under contract from and in coordination with, the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) has conducted a count of the persons experiencing homelessness in Marion County.

May, 2010-The IUPUI Solution Center is pleased to announce that it is hosting the 2010 Indiana Achievement Awards.

March, 2010-As part of IUPUI Research Day, the IUPUI Solution Center and the Translating Research into Practice Initiative (TRIP) invite you to attend the Community Research Showcase & Networking Event.

December, 2009-The IUPUI Solution Center is soliciting applicants for an exciting new program in the School of Informatics.

November, 2009-In the first three years of operation (May 2004-December 2006) a $1.7 million grant from the Lilly Endowment enabled the Solution Center to establish the Solution Center and IUPUI Community Venture Fund.

August, 2009-The Solution Center is providing support to Y-Press, a nonprofit youth news bureau, in the development of a student multimedia project.

July, 2009-Associate Professor Edgar Huang, from the IUPUI School of Informatics, and two of his students John Powell and Freddy Barnes, were able to provide Noble of Indiana with a video recruiting tool called “The Spirit of Noble Indiana.”

April 2009-Nonprofit Solutions, SAVI, and United Way of Central Indiana have joined together to present a capacity building conference, Survivor Organizations.
