2008 IUPUI Solutions Conference & Consortium on Urban Education Life and Health Sciences Faculty Research Showcase

This event is open to the public.

Each year, the IUPUI Solutions Conference brings together top IUPUI researchers and scientists to network and explore partnerships with the Indianapolis business community. This year, the Solution Center has, itself, partnered with the Indiana Health Industry Forum and the Consortium on Urban Education to create an afternoon of events focused on one of Indiana’s important economic development areas: the Life and Health Sciences.

“Centers of Excellence: Success Stories of University/Industry Partnerships”

Bill Stephan, IU Vice President for Engagement, Moderator of a panel with representatives from Central Indiana universities such as IUPUI, University of Indianapolis, and Butler University.

IUPUI Solutions Conference
Location: University Place Conference Center on the IUPUI Campus, 850 W. Michigan St., room 206

Connecting IUPUI’s Life and Health Science Initiatives to Indiana Industry and Economic Growth Hear about IUPUI’s Signature Centers Initiative, and tour new labs and facilities, and connect with ground-breaking research being conducted in the heart of Indiana!

Consortium on Urban Education

Life and Health Sciences Research Showcase
Location: University Place Conference Center on the IUPUI Campus, 859 W. Michigan St., 1st floor Ballroom

This event brings together researchers from Butler University, Franklin College, IUPUI, Ivy Tech, Marian College, Martin University, and the University of Indianapolis to meet and network with local business leaders and policy-makers in the Life and Health Sciences.
