| 11:30 – 1:15 p.m. | 2011 JagWars Winner Sure Thing performs on the NIFS Entertainment Stage (Spruance Basin) |
| 11:45 a.m. | Zumba demonstration begins on the Citizens Energy Entertainment Stage (Walnut Street Basin) |
| 12:45 p.m. | Fred Astaire Dance Studio demonstration begins on the Citizens Energy Entertainment Stage (Walnut Street Basin) |
