The 2014 Regatta: Saturday, September 20, 2014!
Sponsor Priority Registration opens August 11th.
General Registration for students, faculty/staff and alumni opens August 18th.
Teams may substitute team members subject to eligibility confirmation until Friday, September 12, at 5:00 p.m. Official substitutions can only be made by the registered team captain. It is also strongly suggested that your team has at least one handler to act as an alternative rower, and this person(s) should be registered at the time of registration.
Team Orientations will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. and Wednesday, September 10th from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. in the Campus Center, Room 405.
It is mandatory that at least one member per team attend one of the two Team Orientation Sessions.
Optional Team Practice Sessions will be held on Saturday, September 13th from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and on Sunday, September 14th from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please follow the Google Document link included in your Registration Confirmation Email to sign up for a practice timeslot. Practice timeslots will be available on a first come first served basis.
If you are volunteering during the Regatta, mandatory Volunteer Orientation Sessions will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 10th from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. in the Campus Center, Room 405.
