the Student Organization for Alumni Relations

The Student Organization for Alumni Relations (SOAR) was formed on the IUPUI campus in 1996 in order to increase student awareness of IUPUI alumni activities and programs. SOAR's mission is to serve students past, present, and future at IUPUI and serve as the official IUPUI Campus Ambassadors. Our motto is, "Students Today. Jaguars Forever!"

SOAR has a membership of over 100 students and is overseen by an Executive Board comprised of 5 student officers. SOAR promotes the development of leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills among its members. As the official IUPUI Student Ambassadors, SOAR also provides its members with experiences that enhance their education, as well as opportunities to meet alumni, faculty, staff, and students of IUPUI.
