As we continue to live the dreams set forth by our founders the Alpha Epsilon Alpha Chapter prides itself on being the forefront in service and brotherhood. We know and appreciate the value of character that every brother brings to this country and we know that in order to persevere we must unite together. The Alpha Epsilon Alpha Chapter consists of men dedicated to enhancing and promoting systematic fellowship, African-American freedom, justice, equal rights and service to America's urban communities.

The purpose of this organization is to become a proactive presence on campus and within the Indianapolis community.  Phi Beta Sigma is an active participant in with other organizations and events that mirror their International Organization Philanthropic ideas of service.  The men of Phi Beta Sigma look towards broadening the horizons of the minds and intellect through education.  The Alpha Epsilon Alpha chapter fosters the unbreakable bond of brotherhood, by uplifting themselves and their fellow
man, regardless of race, creed or affiliation.  It is the mission of the AEA chapter to help one another either through their own experiences or through networking.  AEA lives to uphold our motto: "Culture for Service and Service to Humanity."
