Thinking Critically about World Wide Web Resources, written by UCLA librarian Esther Grassian
Evaluating Web Resrouces, a marvelous site compiled by librarians at Widener University. The site adapts print evaluation techniques for use on the Web, offering PowerPoint presentations, sample web pages, a bibliography, evaluation checklists, and links to other similar pages. This is a great resource.
