  • 23 - BILL BOCK, JD, General Counsel, United States Anti-Doping Agency (USASA) will speak to members about the issues on the forefront of one of the most controversial issues in sports: performance-enhancing drugs. 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. in Room 267 (food provided)

  • 24 - In conjunction with the Sports Lawyers Association’s outreach efforts, the National Collegiate Athletic Association invites you to meet and have lunch with its attorneys and to engage in an informal discussion of current legal issues and developments in intercollegiate athletics. All four NCAA attorneys – Elsa Cole (General Counsel), Scott Bearby (Associate General Counsel), Naima Stevenson (Assistant General Counsel) and Jay Rossello (Assistant General Counsel) – are scheduled to participate. This program, co-sponsored by the law firm of Bose, McKinney & Evans LLP, will take place at the Gallery Room, located on the second floor of the NCAA Hall of Champions (700 West Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46206 – adjacent to the NCAA National Offices). Registration for the program will be from 11:30-12, and the one-hour program will begin promptly at noon. Attendees will have the option to view and tour the exhibits at the NCAA Hall of Champions, on their own, following the program.
