Staff Council Bylaws - Article VII: Amendment of Bylaws & Parliamentary Procedures


AMENDMENT OF BYLAWS

These bylaws may be amended at any regularly scheduled meeting of the Council by a two-thirds vote of the members present, or by mail/electronic ballot, provided the amendment has been submitted in writing at a previous meeting and has been approved by the Chancellor, IUPUI.

PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURES
Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised [1990] shall govern the conduct of the Staff Council meeting except where the Bylaws may otherwise provide.
