We will meet there, 7138 West 235 South, Homer, Indiana, (765-663-2233) at 10:30 AM to hear a presentation by Bruce Levi describing the process they do. They make Heartland Americana style furniture on demand. Then you can wander their showroom for samples of dining room, bedroom and living room furniture and also decorating and gift items. For sale may be candlesticks, initials, cutting boards, footstools and shelves. Linda Levi said the coffee pot would be on.

Homer is half way between Shelbyville and Rushville on SR 44, 40 miles southeast of Indianapolis. Probably an hour from south I 465 on I 74 to East SR 44. Then we will continue East on SR 44 to US 52 and go south (right) to Metamora. For a map see The Sampler website-contact us at

Lunch will be in Metamora about 12:15 at the Sidetrack Café, serving soups, sandwiches, salads and their homemade desserts. The Sidetrack Café is across from the Grist Mill at the side entrance of the Metamora Country Store.) After lunch wander the stores, along the canal with its aqueduct and the grist mill to get freshly ground wheat flour or corn meal. The Sampler has a shop there too.
