NIH Policy on Unsolicited Proposals of $500,000 or More
If the NIH Institute or Center staff agree to accept assignment of the proposal for consideration of funding, the staff will notify the Center for Scientific Review. The Principal Investigator must include a cover letter with the proposal that identifies the program staff member and the Institute or Center that agreed to accept the proposal. Proposals sent without the appropriate prior approval will be returned without review. ERA’s Partnership with OneStart Update
This page is broken into several sections, or ‘channels’, dealing with various research topics. The ERA channel should appear in approximately the middle of the page. Within that will be a link for ERA Home. Selecting this will launch the production environment of the application. Use this access method for preparing ERA documents (Routing Forms or Budgets). To approve ERA Routing Forms, access the ACTION LIST located in the upper left corner of the ERA Group Page. Documents requiring your approval will be displayed there.

If you have difficulties logging into OneStart, e-mail onestart@indiana.edu, and they will follow up with you directly.

If you are having difficulties with the ERA Group Page, Action List, or launching the application, e-mail the ERA Systems Administrator at era_admin@indiana.edu for assistance.
