Who should use this online application?
Please use this online University application to apply to the program you wish to pursue at this specific time. If you eventually wish to pursue a degree or a degree different from what you are applying for now on the IUPUI campus, you will need to submit a new application by creating a new account to the new program. You may use this online application to supply information to all graduate and professional academic programs on the IUPUI campus. Please refer to the program's webpage to which you are applying for additional application information.
Who should NOT use this online application?
- School of Medicine, MD admissions
- School of Dentistry, MSD admissions

Which type of applicant are you?
Graduate Degree Program Applicants should select the program they are applying to from the Academic Program field and the type of degree from the Type of Admission Field in the "Educational Objectives" section of the application - and be sure to contact the specific school about the program they are applying to.
Graduate Non-Degree Program Applicants should select Masters in the Type of Admission field, Graduate Non-Degree Program in the Academic Program field and Graduate Non-Degree Program in the Major field in the "Educational Objectives" section of the application - and all GND applicants should review the information in the Graduate Non-Degree Program section of this web site.
IU School of Medicine Graduate Division Applicants should choose IU Graduate School in the Academic Program field and Open Basic Medical Sciences PhD in the Major field in the "Educational Objectives" section of the application.
Things to remember:
- All graduate and professional programs require supplementary information (official transcripts, official test scores, etc.) in addition to this online application. Please be sure you understand the requirements of the program to which you are applying. Some academic programs on the IUPUI campus do not require you to complete all sections of the online application. If you are unsure of the requirements, please verify them with the academic program to which you are applying.
