    the Hutson School, February 2006.

  • Submitted affidavit as sworn expert testimony on behalf of (and at the request of) the plaintiff in a Federal Civil Rights lawsuit filed in the state of Wisconsin in December 2004 . The plaintiff in the case alleges discrimination against American Indians in the Osseo-Fairchild public school system. The affidavit explains the racially intimidating environment which proceeds from the use of sports team mascots which depict American Indians.
  • At the request of the United States Forest Service, provided a written evaluation of a permit proposal for the conducting of an American Indian ceremony on federal land in the Hoosier National Forest.  December, 2004.
