Camp Brosius staff members are outstanding young adults recruited from college campuses across the United States.  They represent a variety of majors, backgrounds and interest areas.

All staff members will be CPR and first-aid certified.  As part of job training, counselors open the facilities for operation, perform minor repair and upkeep work, and are trained in camp operations and guest services.

Ideal candidates are energetic, top-notch students who possess a strong work ethic. Counselors must be enthusiastic and understanding of quality guest services.  In addition, counselors must be professional.  The job is to provide Camp Brosius guests with an unforgettable, enjoyable camp experience. Overall guest satisfaction is the goal each counselor strives to attain.

To apply to be a counselor, please complete the application form (word file) or complete the application form (fillable PDF) and submit with requested information to the camp co-directors. 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.  Certain positions have additional age and experience requirements mentioned on the application.
