64 year old male; skin tumor on the capillitium (relapsing since 6 years); no itching; Blood: unremarkable; Serum tryptase: 10,2; Whole body PET: unremarkable.

Details of gross/microscopic pathology:
Mast cell sarcoma of the skin (primary tumor); subtle infiltration of the bone marrow

Immunophenotype (flow cytometry/immunohistochemistry):
Tryptase+, KIT+, CD25+

Cytogenetics:


Molecular analysis:
D816V-negative
