Photo Greeting Cards Sold to Benefit IUPUI Study Abroad Scholarships
INDIANAPOLIS - Greeting cards featuring photos taken around the world by IUPUI Study Abroad students are now available from the Study Abroad Office. Packages of eight different cards are $10, all of which goes toward scholarships for IUPUI students who would otherwise be unable to study abroad.
The greeting cards, suitable for use year-round, make a thoughtful holiday gift.
Photographs include the grand prize of the 2005 IUPUI Study Abroad Photo Contest, showing a huge French Flag hanging from the Arc du Trimphe in Paris and other contest entries, including photos of the Great Wall in China; Santorini Greece; the Rhine River in Switzerland, street scenes in China, Argentina, and Cuba; and a landscape of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
To purchase a package, contact Study Abroad abroad@iupui.edu or 274-2081 or stop by the Office of International Affairs front desk near ES 2126. We can accept checks or money orders made out to the IU Foundation.
The scholarships range from $750 to $1,500 for short-term study abroad programs and up to $3,000 for lengthier programs.
