Please use the following checklist and linked instructions to assemble a complete application. Your application is not complete until we have received all of your supporting documents. We can usually make an admission decision on complete applications within several weeks of receipt. If your application is incomplete, a final decision on your admission will be delayed, and you may have to defer study to a later semester.

We encourage you to review the Undergraduate Admission Criteria before completing your application.

	A completed International Undergraduate Application for Admission. Step 7 will link you to the options for obtaining and completing the application form.
	The non-refundable $60 application fee
	Official transcript(s) of your complete academic record and if relevant, diploma(s) or completion certificate(s). Review requirements for your level.
	A certified English translation of each of the above educational records, if your school does not routinely issue official documents in English.
	Course descriptions for all post-secondary course work completed. Required only from transfer students.
	A completed Financial Support Agreement form from each sponsor and supporting bank statements. Required only if you are requesting an I-20 for a student visa. Step 6 provides further instructions.
	Proof of English Proficiency
	Official SAT I and/or ACT Test scores
	A personal statement of your purpose and goals
	Photocopy of your I-94 Arrival/Departure Record and visa stamp. Required only if you are currently in the U.S. Review restrictions on study for certain visa holders.

Students applying from within the U.S. not requiring an IUPUI I-20 or DS-2019 are required to submit:

	Transcript showing your most recent study.
	Photocopy of your I-94 Arrival/Departure Record and visa stamp, or other documentation of your U.S. immigration status. Required only if you are currently in the U.S.
	Proof of English ProficiencyNot required if you are already enrolled at a U.S. college or university.

Students applying from overseas and/or requesting an IUPUI I-20 or DS-2019 for a student or exchange visitor must submit:

	A completed International Undergraduate Application for Admission. Step 7 will link you to the options for obtaining and completing the application form.
	Non-refundable $50 application fee
	Transcript showing your most recent study.
	Photocopy of your I-94 Arrival/Departure Record and visa stamp, or other documentation of your U.S. immigration status. Required only if you are currently in the U.S.
	Proof of English ProficiencyNot required if you are already enrolled at a U.S. college or university.

	Completed Graduate Non-Degree Application. Step 7 will link you to the options for obtaining and completing this application.
	The non-refundable $50 application fee
	Academic records (e.g. transcript, diploma, and/or degree certificate) verifying your postsecondary degree comparable to a four year U.S. bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited college/university. Faxed documents are acceptable.
	Proof of English Proficiency
	If not a U.S. citizen, copy of US immigration documentation of your U.S. status. View restrictions on study for certain visa categories.

Required Items for a Complete Application

The following checklist is a general list of requirements for completing the international graduate application process. It may not be correct for your program. If you have not already done so, be sure to verify the requirements of your program before you continue.

	A completed International Graduate & Professional Application for Admission. Step 7 will link you to the options for obtaining and completing the application.
	The non-refundable $60 application fee
	A completed departmental or school application, if necessary.
	For each college or university attended, the original or certified copy of the transcript or academic record; and if relevant, the diploma, certificate or degree statement
	A certified English translation of each of the above educational records, if your school does not routinely issue official documents in English.
	A completed Financial Support Agreement form from each sponsor and all required supporting bank statements. Step 6 provides further instructions and links for the program you wish to enter.
	Graduate & Professional Test Requirements (GRE,GMAT,CGFNS or LSAT scores), if required by the program
	Proof of English Proficiency
	A statement of purpose and goals/autobiography
	Three letters of recommendation
	All other documents as required by the graduate program office
