A 1985 Business Administration graduate from Indiana State University, Rick has twenty years of data management experience in higher education. He is responsible for analyzing workforce and applicant data to ensure IUPUI is in compliance with federal reporting regulations. He produces the annual affirmative action plan. He also developed and maintains the Faculty Applicant Monitor system (FAM) which facilitates the faculty recruitment process.
