Martina joined the Office of Equal Opportunity in May 2011. As a student employee her responsibilities include assisting with office presentations and projects, writing and designing layouts for our monthly newsletter, blogging, managing our social media sites, and graphic design work. Through her attendance of various meetings and events across campus, Martina has become well acquainted with IUPUI students, staff and faculty. Her involvement has given her insight regarding IUPUI's diversity challenges and triumphs. She enjoys the enriching experience of working with the Office of Equal Opportunity, because it allows her to polish her skills, learn new techniques, be creative, and connect with great people. Martina is a student at the IU School of Journalism at Indianapolis where she studies Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations.
