Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Medicine The Department of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking outstanding candidates for multiple positions as scientist, clinical or tenure-track faculty within the following Divisions: Cardiology, Clinical Pharmacology, Endocrinology/ Metabolism, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Rheumatology. Positions are available in the following tracks: Scientist-track (non-tenure track for full-time research): Assistant Scientist, Associate Scientist, Senior Scientist: Ph.D. or Ph.D./M.D. required, as well as evidence of excellent research training, including high impact publications. Assistant Research Professor, Associate Research Professor, Senior Research Professor: Ph.D. or Ph.D./M.D. required, evidence of excellent research training, including high impact publications, as well as the expectation of either current or potential extramural funding. Clinical-track (non-tenure track for full-time clinician/educators): Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, Professor of Clinical Medicine: M.D. and board-eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or its specialties is required. Tenure-track: Assistant Professor of Medicine, Associate Professor of Medicine, Professor of Medicine: Ph.D. and/or M.D., outstanding research credentials and high impact publications required.
