Dermatopathologist Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Academic Preparation Required: The applicant must either be board certified or be eligible for board sub-specialty certification in Dermatopathology. Experience Required: Academic rank will be determined by qualifications and level of experience. The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine seeks an experienced dermatopathologist with strong diagnostic skills and an interest in teaching to join its dermatopathology division. The position is available on either the Clinical or Academic track. The Indiana University Pathology group serves seven hospitals, including Methodist Hospital, University Hospital, Riley Children's Hospital, Indiana University Health West Medical Center, IU Health North Medical Center, IU Health Arnett, and Wishard Memorial Hospital. The department occupies a new dedicated laboratory building with first class facilities and has embarked on an aggressive expansion of outreach activities. The dermatopathology fellowship program has been in place for over 20 years and is accredited for 2 fellows. There is strong departmental support for translational research activities and excellent collaborations exist with the Dermatology Department. The applicant must either be Board certified or be eligible for Board sub-specialty certification in dermatopathology. Academic rank will be determined by qualifications and level of experience.
