The section of Pediatric PM & R at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health seeks a physician of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. This position will focus on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, as well as interact with the outpatient practices in a pediatric level-1 trauma center. Frequent patient diagnoses include trauma, TBI, SCI, neurological/neurosurgical disorders, burn, musculoskeletal injuries, developmental anomalies, pain syndromes, and spasticity management. Physician will also demonstrate supportive administration and medical staff leadership and ability to lead design of care model and new rehabilitation unit. Rank and tenure being commensurate with experience. This faculty position also requires the candidate to hold an appointment with University Pediatrics Associates (UPA),an affiliated professional organization.
