The Department of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking outstanding candidates for multiple positions as scientist, clinical or tenure-track faculty within the following Divisions: Cardiology, Clinical Pharmacology, Endocrinology/ Metabolism, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, Hematology/ Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Pulmonary/ Critical Care, and Rheumatology. POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING TRACKS: Scientist-track (non-tenure track for full-time research): o Assistant Scientist, Associate Scientist, Senior Scientist: Ph.D. or Ph.D./M.D. required, as well as evidence of excellent research training, including high impact publications. o Assistant Research Professor, Associate Research Professor, Senior Research Professor: Ph.D. or Ph.D./M.D. required, evidence of excellent research training, including high impact publications, as well as the expectation of either current or potential extramural funding. Clinical-track (non-tenure track for full-time clinician/educators): o Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, Professor of Clinical Medicine: M.D. and board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or its specialties is required. Tenure-track: o Assistant Professor of Medicine, Associate Professor of Medicine, Professor of Medicine: Ph.D. and/or M.D., outstanding research credentials and high impact publications required.
