Indiana University School of Medicine at Evansville is seeking applications for a full time faculty position (tenure track or lecturer depending on level of experience) as Course Director of Medical Physiology. The successful applicant must have a Ph.D., M.D., or D.O. with significant teaching experience in medical physiology. This individual will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of basic science and clinical faculty to develop and implement an innovative and integrated medical curriculum. Current funding is not a requirement; however, candidates will be expected to develop a research (scientific or educational) program. IUSM-Evansville is currently undergoing an expansion in class size and developing a strong local clinical training program. Concurrent with this expansion, IU School of Medicine is devolping a new integrated medical curriculum with emphasis on clinical experiences and interdisciplinary education.
