Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis has a position available for a Cardiologist Physician in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology. The successful candidate must have completed training in an ACGME accredited clinical cardiology training program and must be board certified or board eligible by the ABIM in cardiovascular diseases. In addition, the candidate should have expertise or special training in heart failure, adult congenital heart diseases, interventional cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac echocardiography or other cardiac imaging modalities. Interest in teaching and research is highly desirable. Depending on the qualifications and interest, the successful candidate can be appointed into a tenured position, a tenure track position or a clinical position. The candidate is expected to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana prior to joining the faculty.
