Breast Surgeon - Indiana University School of Medicine The Indiana University School of Medicine, Division of Breast Surgical Oncology, is seeking a fellowship trained breast surgeon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, teaching residents and students in the specialty area of breast surgery, and participating in clinical research. Qualified candidates will have completed a breast or surgical oncology fellowship, and should be board certified/eligible in Surgery. The surgeons in the Division of Breast Surgical Oncology work in an academic hospital and affiliated community hospital settings. The IU Simon Cancer Center adjacent to Indiana University Hospital is designated by the NCI as a Clinical Cancer Center and is the premier tertiary center for the state of Indiana. The Breast Care and Research center provides comprehensive diagnostic services, specialty consultations, and multidisciplinary treatment planning for women with breast disease from all over the state.
