The Indiana University Department of Family Medicine is seeking Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join the faculty of the Indiana University Family Medicine Residency Program. The incoming physicians should be comfortable and skilled in practicing the full scope of Family Medicine including in-patient care and OB. Spanish Speaking physicians with c-section training and experience will be given extra consideration, due to Indianapolis’ recent growth in its Hispanic community. All in-patient and OB will be done at Methodist Hospital, the area’s 760 bed tertiary care hospital. The new physicians will work with a group of seven Family Medicine colleagues who actively practice OB, three of whom are privileged to perfom CS at the hospital and a supportive OB Hospitalist program. Main responsibilities will include education and training of Family Medicine residents.
