Thomas C. Witt, M.D.

Dr. Thomas C. Witt is an Associate Professor of Neurological Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center (IUMC). Dr. Witt is a native of California and received his undergraduate degree in Physiology and his medical degree from the University of California at Davis. After completing his general neurosurgical residency at IUMC in 1994, Dr. Witt received one year of subspecialty training in stereotactic neurosurgery and radiosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh. His special interests include primary central nervous system tumors, movement disorders, and trigeminal neuralgia. He has been very active in the deep brain stimulator program for movement disorders.

Dr. Witt is Co-Director of the Indiana Lions Gamma Knife Center. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the American Medical Association and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
