Each major web page contains a sound
file from a wide range of Native American music styles. You will
need to use Internet Explorer to hear them, but if you prefer not to
do that, you can go to the link for the artist near the bottom of
the page. Each is credited
and has a link to more information on the artists and purchase. If
the music gets tiresome, mute the sound on the taskbar. By the way,
if you would like to listen to samples of a wide range of Native
American contemporary and traditional music, play the Jukebox on the
front page of the
Native American Music Association web site.
