Passport to IUPUI Scholarship (awarded upon admission)

$3,000 annually for two years (fulltime)

Deadline for application: June 15th

This $3,000 annually renewable scholarship for up to four semesters with fulltime enrollment is available to students who are U.S. citizens and apply to transfer to IUPUI the fall semester following completion of an Associate's degree (A.A., A.S. or A.A.S.) from Ivy Tech, Vincennes University or other two-year college. Recipients must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4. Applicants who are also members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors society will be considered with a 3.2 cumulative GPA (Students who are members of PTK must provide a copy of their PTK Award letter and Certificate). Applicants must submit a 500 word essay that provides a detailed plan about how they will become a successful, fulltime student at IUPUI. A final transcript, with degree noted, must be submitted before the scholarship is applied to the student's account. The scholarship is renewable if the student maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and continuous fulltime enrollment in an IUPUI campus-based program.

  • Passport is a coordinated program between Ivy Tech Community College-Central Indiana and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) that allows students to be enrolled simultaneously at each institution. By completing this agreement form, you can only receive financial aid at Ivy Tech-Central Indiana campuses.
