2006 artists
We welcome all those who would like to donate their visual artwork for the Evening of the Arts Silent Auction. In the past we have had paintings, photographs, pottery, glass work, and even furniture. Completed art work can be dropped off at Mary Alice Bell's office (MS 162). Please be sure to filling out and include the 2006 Artwork Submission From with the submitted artwork. The deadline for accepting items is Monday, March 27, 2006. If you have any questions, please e-mail Micah Bhatti.

Artist Information:
There is no limit to the number of pieces an individual may
submit. Completed artwork ready to be donated can be dropped off at Mary Alice Bell's office (MS 162). We do ask that each item is given a title and that the artist's name be somewhere on the piece (eg. on the back of the painting/photograph).
Items do not need to matted or framed. We will have matting done on pictures and photographs. We would ask that the photos and paintings be of a standard size (eg. 8X10, 5X7, etc.).
The deadline for accepting items is Monday, March 27, 2006.
Under special circumstances, we will accept artwork past the March 27
deadline. Please contact

On the night of the event, the artwork will be on display before the show beginning
at 6:30pm. The silent auction will take place during the intermission and will run for approximately 30 minutes. We encourage artist to be present during the auction, in case potential bidders have questions. Items that are not bid on will be returned to the artist. The artist does have the option of donating the art work to EOTA. Such art work will either be kept for next year's auction or will be framed and hung in the Daily Center.
