IUPUI ID is required to receive a free vaccine. Students should bring their insurance card.
Appointments for flu shots are not necessary.

All IUPUI faculty, staff and students may receive a FREE flu vaccine at IUPUI clinics or Campus Health in Coleman Hall.
Students may visit Campus Center Student Health or Coleman Hall.

Campus Health ordered the trivalent vaccine without preservatives. The trivalent vaccine includes 2 A strains: A California/7/2009 H1N1 and A/Hong Kong/4801/2014 H3N2; and the B/Brisbane/60/2008 strain. See the insert information.
The vaccine confers immunity for approximately 6-8 months.

The quadrivalent includes the trivalent strains and the B/Phuket/3073/2013 strain. Campus Health did not order any quadrivalent vaccine.

We have a small supply of egg-free vaccine which is for people with severe egg allergies. You must ask for it at the flu clinics.
