Equipment
Rental and Check-out
An
equipment request should be submitted at least three (3) days prior
to your event. Deposit will cover any lost or damaged equipment
and the deposit will be returned in full if all equipment is returned
in good condition. You are responsible for any damaged or lost equipment.
To request equipment, contact the our office PE 043, call 274-2824

Facility
Rental Request Form 
Our
facilities are available for rental when academic, athletic, recreational
or intramural events are not scheduled. You can contact us to check
for availability by calling 317-274-2824.
You
can view and print our downloadable stats with version 3.0 or higher
of the free Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader software which is available here.
Locker
and Towel Service
Faculty,
staff and students may choose to use the C - H lockers
(short term lockers) free of charge on a daily basis. All
locks must be removed daily.
Locker
rentals are also available for use during the semester for a fee.
Locker rentals include a locker with a combination lock and towel
service. For further information, please refer to the Locker
& Towel Policy.
Racquetball
Reservation
Reservations
for Racquetball, Handball or Walleyball must be made by calling: 274-2824 Monday through
Friday, 9am - 5pm. You must have a valid IUPUI Jag Tag ID and have paid the current semester Recreation Fee. Guests are not permitted. Two players per racquetball reservation. 1-hr reservations only & reserved on the hour.
Need
a Racquet and Goggles? You can rent them at the vending machine
next to deck level elevator.
