Flu Vaccine Clinic

IUPUI Health Services is holding a flu vaccine clinic in the Medical Sciences Atrium (South End) from 8am to 4pm on September 19th and 20th. All IUPUI faculty, staff and students are welcome to come to receive a free flu shot. You must have a valid university ID card to receive your vaccine. For those individuals who are required to get a flu vaccine this year, be sure to get a copy of your consent form. We recommend you take a picture of your consent form with your phone, so that you have a copy with you at all times.
