All IUPUI students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in this low-cost but high-quality fitness fun.
Individual Fitness:
Weightlifting, cardiovascular workouts, and group exercise are available. For group fitness, you may take a Pilates, Yoga, or an aerobics class. Individuals also may join our fitness walking class! New elliptical machines and treadmills work out your heart and develop your muscles in our fitness center. Whatever your individual fitness goals are, Rec Sports has something for you.
Team Sports:
Fall team sports include volleyball, soccer, and flag football. Womens, mens, and coed divisions provide competitive games, fun leagues or a combination of both! Meet new friends and compete at your level. Sport captains are required to attend a mandatory meeting in PE 043, so check your registration forms for dates and game times.
Fun Activities:
Exciting rock climbing or backpacking adventure trips are offered, providing a fun alternative to your fitness program. Challenge yourself, rejuvenate your spirit, and build friendships in a natural environment through these trips.
