Training Programs ICIC offers training to students of language and culture as well as to instructors of language. ICIC's goal in teacher training is to teach instructors of language and intercultural communication to provide training tailored to learners' needs and learning situations. For English Language and Cultural Training, we provide a variety of services and programs. Students from around the globe come to Indianapolis to participate in any one of our specialized language training programs. Additionally, ICIC offers tutoring in language and cultural training to students, faculty, medical residents and postdoctoral researchers, and business professionals in the community.
