Ever wanted to know what it’s like to write movie and theater reviews and write for publication in other interesting genres? Come hear about how it’s done in this talk by Lou Harry. Lou is the Arts and Entertainment Editor for the IBJ, writes books, and has done a multitude of other kinds of writing.

Lou’s’s talk is part of the English Department’s Writers at Work Series, which brings local professionals who are working in writing-related jobs to campus. Speakers include a copy writer, an A&E editor, a published author, a grant writer, and a professional freelancer. How do they do it? Come hear how to pitch stories, work with editors, write in various genres for publication, and more.
